Who We Are
Worldlink Shipping opened in 1995 as a freight forwarder with one office in Bangkok and a short list of customers. Three decades on we handle the whole chain — booking, movement, customs clearance, and the documents that hold it all together — for businesses trading across 22 countries.
What grew was the scope of the work. What did not change is how it is done: quote the real number, declare the goods accurately, and raise the difficult news early rather than the comfortable version late. Freight is a business of small promises kept on time, and the clients who have stayed with us for decades are the ones who tested that first.
What we stand for
Thirty years in freight have taught us that a shipment is only ever as good as the promises made around it. These are the promises we make.
Vision
A world where crossing a border is a question of planning and paperwork rather than of how large a company is. A first-time exporter in Bangkok should be able to reach the same markets, on the same terms, as a shipper a hundred times its size.
Mission
To put the freight capacity, customs expertise, and honest pricing that were once reserved for the largest shippers within reach of growing businesses — so that trading internationally becomes something you can plan around instead of something you gamble on.
We do not under-declare, mis-classify, or sign anything we could not defend in an audit years later. Doing it properly costs a little time; doing it any other way costs the cargo.

Our journey
Worldlink Shipping opens as a dedicated freight forwarder, booking sea and air space for Thai importers and exporters.
Customs clearance, compliance, and certification were brought in-house, so a shipment no longer changes hands between suppliers at the border — one team stays accountable for it from origin through to delivery.
A partner network built up route by route, still run on the principles the company started with: declare accurately, quote transparently, and price fairly for the size of the business doing the shipping.
