What each sector's paperwork looks like

The documents are where sector shipments differ from each other. These are the ones we prepare most often for each.

Food & Ingredients

  • Thai FDA (อย.) import licence and product registration checks
  • Import License per Invoice (LPI) for the consignments that require one
  • Health certificate and Certificate of Free Sale
  • Phytosanitary certificate for plant-based ingredients
  • Certificate of Origin, including FTA preference forms
  • Tariff classification review before the declaration is filed

Agricultural Goods

  • Phytosanitary certificate from the Department of Agriculture
  • Fumigation certificate and treatment records
  • CITES permit for regulated plant species and timber
  • Certificate of Origin and FTA preference forms (Form D, Form E, Form AK)
  • Weight and quality certificates where the buyer's letter of credit requires them

Plastics & Packaging

  • Tariff classification review against the technical data sheet
  • Safety Data Sheet screening for hazardous or restricted grades
