The full shipping chain, under one roof

From factory pickup to customs release, we handle every link in the chain so your goods move without friction.

What we do

Five services, one accountable team

Each has its own page — what's included, what it's charged on, and the questions customers ask most.

Sea Freight

FCL and LCL on the major lanes, with the chargeable basis and the port pair settled before you book.

Air Freight

Urgent, high-value and perishable cargo, priced on chargeable weight and moved on the first available uplift.

Land Freight

Port haulage, domestic distribution and cross-border road freight with the border formalities arranged in advance.

Customs Clearance

Import and export declarations, tariff classification, duty assessment and FTA preference claims, handled in-house.

Documentation & Compliance

COO, phytosanitary, CITES, LPI, Thai FDA support and Section 29 duty refunds, applied for alongside the booking.

Every mode, one partner

Sea, air, and land — whichever your cargo needs

We match each shipment to the mode that suits its value, volume, and deadline — then stay accountable across every handoff between them.

Sea Freight

Ocean FCL & LCL

Full containers where the volume justifies one, consolidated LCL where it does not — booked on the major trade lanes through our carrier and agent network.

Air Freight

Time-critical air

For urgent, high-value, and perishable cargo — the shipments where the cost of waiting is higher than the cost of flying.

Land Freight

Cross-border road

Door-to-door trucking, container haulage to and from the port, and regional distribution across mainland Southeast Asia.

Freight forwarding

One accountable team, from booking to delivery

We plan the route, book the space, move the cargo, and report back — so you deal with one team rather than a chain of separate suppliers who each own only their own leg.

  • Door-to-door delivery — collection at origin through to delivery at the consignee's door, with one point of contact across every handoff.
  • FCL and LCL — full containers where the volume justifies one, consolidated groupage where it does not.
  • Sea, air, and land — chosen on cost, transit time, and cargo type, and combined into a single multimodal movement where that gets your goods there sooner.
  • Ex Works (EXW) collection — we take the shipment over at your supplier's gate, including the export formalities in the origin country.
  • Carrier and agent network — space booked through partners across 22 countries and 5 continents.
  • Status you don't have to chase — booking confirmation, departure, arrival, and clearance reported as each milestone happens.

Customs clearance

Declarations filed right the first time

Most delays at the border are paperwork, not logistics. Our specialists prepare and file your entries, then stay with them until the goods are released.

  • Import and export declarations — prepared, checked against the commercial documents, and filed on your behalf.
  • Tariff classification — the HS code sets both the duty rate and the permit conditions attached to it, so we settle it before the entry is filed, not after.
  • Duty and tax assessment — landed cost worked out up front, so what you owe at the border is known before the cargo sails.
  • Preferential duty under free trade agreements — where a valid certificate of origin lets your goods enter at a reduced rate, we claim it.
  • Inspection and query handling — we attend physical examinations and answer Customs' questions directly instead of passing them back to you.
  • Controlled goods — coordination with the other agencies whose approval an entry depends on, arranged before the shipment reaches the border.

Documentation & compliance

Every certificate, licence, and refund in one place

Certificates and permits carry their own lead times, and a shipment that arrives ahead of its paperwork simply sits at the port. We apply for them alongside the booking, not after it.

  • Certificate of Origin (COO) — ordinary and preferential forms, prepared for the trade agreement your buyer intends to claim under.
  • Phytosanitary certificates — for plants, produce, and plant-based products subject to inspection at origin or destination.
  • CITES permits — for goods containing species listed under the convention, arranged before the cargo moves.
  • Import License per Invoice (LPI) — per-invoice licensing for the product classes that require it.
  • Thai FDA compliance — support for food, cosmetics, and other FDA-controlled goods, from product registration through to release.
  • Tax refund under Section 29 — reclaiming the import duty paid on materials that leave again as finished exports.
  • Document set checks — invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and letter of credit terms reconciled with each other before anything is submitted.
